Developed specifically for the commercial wax processing industry, the Gaowax Standard Wax Slabbing Mould Plates System Chill Plate incorporates the latest technology in manufacturing and design for the Top-Fill-Wax-Slab molding process. Two matching plates are precision machined from solid aluminum and sealed with internal O-rings to keep in the water and prevent leakage into the wax. They are made entirely from aluminum and stainless steel, including the screws and drain pipes. There is nothing to rust. The plates are leak-proof, yet easily disassembled for maintenance when necessary.

The single piece of equipment of the Wax Slabbing Plate shows many characteristics in practical applications. Wax Slabbing System is mainly suitable for molding paraffin wax plates. The weight of the molded wax block can reach 5KG. The molding dimensions of the wax plate are 40mm thick, 490mm long and 302mm wide. In terms of cooling, water at 10-15°C is used for cooling, the water supply is 10m3/h, and the pressure is maintained between 2 and 3kg. It only takes 1.5 to 2 hours of cooling time for the wax block to be demolded, and the single machine production capacity can reach 1T/1.5 to 2h. Wax Slabbing Mold itself weighs about 2.5T, and its materials include the aluminum body of the equipment, DN50 water pipes, 304 stainless steel, PVC rubber hoses, etc. The size is approximately L8700mmW1000mmH1200mm. The pressing mechanism is a cylinder pressing, and the pressure requirement is 6 kg. It is worth mentioning that the configuration of a group of 4 units allows workers to operate at full capacity. It is expected to produce 16 to 20 tons in 8 hours, covering an area of approximately 150㎡.
