The supplier provided professional and efficient installation services, and the entire installation process was completed smoothly in 3 days.

Pre-Installation Preparation :  

The machine requires a flat concrete floor (bearing ≥500kg/m²), a 380V three-phase power supply, and a well-ventilated area . 

The customer only needed to arrange a 15㎡ production area and complete the power and water connection in advance, which was simple and trouble-free.

Machine User Experience:  

Easy to Operate, Low Learning Cost: The machine is equipped with a touch screen control panel, with clear operation icons and simple parameter setting. 

Operators only need to select the candle type, set the size,  and the machine can run automatically.
